Oyster Towers
A sensual spectacle of the sea—freshly shucked East and West Coast oysters, glistening on crushed ice, crowned with premium caviar, boutique mignonettes, and edible gold leaf. Served with house-made hot sauce, lemon wedges, and champagne mignonette.
Champagne Rituals
